Know Before You Go

All Reservations Include:

Concierge Service

Our concierge is available Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can assist with the following:

  • Local & onsite dining reservations
  • Wine-tasting tours & other activity arrangements
  • Transportation – Taxi, private car service, etc.
  • Amenity ordering & delivery – Flowers, packages, food, wine, spa gifts, etc.
  • Shipping & mailing services

Room Service

  • Room service is available from 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. daily

Accessibility

  • Accessible bed height, wide doorways, and lowered closet bar height, along with required turnaround spaces
  • Accessible bathroom with lowered vanity, roll-in shower, built-in shower chair, and grab bars for shower and water closet

Pet Policy

  • Dogs are permitted and a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per stay. 
  • A $50 additional fee will apply per additional dog. A limit of two dogs per room applies.
  • Pampering pet amenities include: luxurious bed, food & water bowls, all-natural treats
  • Additional cleaning up to 1 hours is subject to a $250.00 fee
  • Additional cleaning over 2+ hours is subject to a $500.00 fee
  • Replacement of broken or damaged items fee is subject to the monetary value of the broken or damaged item

Resort Fee

Vintners Resort charges a nightly resort fee of $45 which includes self-parking, guest room amenities featuring wine, bottled water, coffee machine, tea, unlimited Wi-Fi access, nightly turndown with amenity, concierge service, morning coffee in the lobby, 24-hour front desk services, bocce ball courts, EV charging, vineyard walking trail, and access to the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center. This resort fee is taxable at 14% and is not in itself a tax. The total resort fee inclusive of tax is $51.30.

Smoking

  • All guestrooms, along with any indoor and outdoor spaces within 20 feet of any building are smoke-free areas.
  • Outdoors 20 ft or more from any building, smoking tobacco is permitted.
  • A $500 cleaning fee is charged upon detecting smoke in the room.

Photography

  • Professional Photography is not allowed on property without a contract and/or location agreement which can be obtained through our Sales Department and requires a fee.

Pool Policy

  • Our outdoor pool is accessible year-round for guests. Relax in one of our complimentary lounge chairs (available on a first come, first served basis).

  • Our pool is available for resort guest use. Spa guests may purchase resort pool access for an additional purchase of a Vi La Vita Spa Day Pass for $25, locker rooms are not included during the extended pool time.

  • Spa guests must book a minimum of one spa service to enjoy locker room, heated caldarium, sauna, and relaxation room access.
