John Ash & Co. at Vintners Resort Hires Dylan Ghadiri as New Chef de Cuisine
Wine Country Native Brings More Than 10 Years Experience from Top Local Restaurants
Santa Rosa, CA (July 24, 2023) – John Ash & Co., one of Sonoma County’s original farm-to-table restaurants, is pleased to announce the hiring of Chef Dylan Ghadiri as their new Chef de Cuisine. Ghadiri will join Executive Chef Tom Schmidt and his team at the renowned restaurant within the Vintner’s Resort, the first luxury resort on a working vineyard in Sonoma County.

Ghadiri brings with him more than 10 years of culinary experience in Healdsburg, Geyserville, Marin, and San Francisco, at renowned restaurants and wineries including the Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Geyserville, Sonoma; legendary rocker Sammy Hagar’s El Paseo restaurant in Mill Valley; Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen; and most recently, celebrity chef Tyler Florence’s newest venture, Miller and Lux in San Francisco. Chef Ghadiri is a graduate of the Fresh Starts Culinary Academy in Marin County, California.
