Wellness Weekend includes a 2 night stay and the program to follow:
Friday: Arrival & Connection
Your retreat begins with a warm welcome and check-in. After settling in, we gather for a delightful welcome reception, where you’ll indulge in an organic, family-style dinner that nurtures both body and soul. After dinner, prepare for a deeply spiritual experience with a Cacao Ceremony, inviting you to open your heart and connect with the energies around you. The evening continues with a calming fireside stargazing session, meditation and journaling, allowing you to reflect on your intentions for the weekend ahead.
Saturday: Wellness & Restoration
Today we hold space for a juice cleanse, refueling about every 2 hours. We start the day with a peaceful sunrise yoga session complemented by meditation and journaling, setting the tone for inner peace. You’ll engage in a unique session titled “Detox at a Cellular Level,” focusing on rejuvenation and cleansing. After, you’ll enjoy some free time to relax or explore before returning for an insightful workshop on balancing the change of seasons through Ayurvedic Medicine. In the afternoon, unwind with a luxurious Spa Experience, leaving you felling completely restored. We end our night by rebalancing your body and mind with a sound bath, setting a tranquil atmosphere for the night. We again conclude the evening with fireside stargazing, meditation, and journaling, giving you space to reflect and release.
Sunday: Nature & Farewell
Your final morning begins with the serene energy of yoga, meditation, and journaling, followed by a nourishing organic vegan breakfast. Following breakfast, we will take a sensory journey through our expansive vineyards, for a vineyard forest bath. Where the serene beauty of nature soothes the mind and rejuvenates the spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed and profoundly connected to the world around you. This grounding session will be the perfect way to end your weekend retreat. By 12:00 pm, it’s time to check out, leaving with a heart full of peace, inspiration, and new connections.
